Two Trees Management’s 30 Washington rental conversion, which came on the market in June, is now fully leased, the developer told The Real Deal exclusively.

Two Trees broke with Dumbo’s tradition of converting buildings into spacious lofts, opting instead to create 94 smaller units out of the seven-story 19th century building. The Company Did The Same With 25 Washington Street two years earlier.

Starting rents for the building’s 550-square-foot one-bedrooms were $3,325; larger one-bedrooms with home offices started at $3,325, and two-bedroom units measuring just over 1,000 square feet started at $4,200. The building’s amenities include a gym, children’s playroom and roof deck. Many units have industrial elements such as exposed beams and a few have outdoor space, according to the developer.

Two Trees had hoped to have the building fully leased by August, as previously reported. – Amy Sara Clark
