VE Equities’ 11 North Moore Street is 50 percent sold out after only 72 hours on the market, according to a release from the Eklund-Gomes team at Douglas Elliman, who are handling sales at the Tribeca building.

Sales in condominium, Between Between North Moore Street, Beach Street and Varick Street, launched last week, kicked off by the reality TV star and power broker’s announcement via Instagram. By Friday, Eklund told The Real Deal, the Elliman sales team had sent out eight contracts.

The building has a total of 16 units, ranging in price from $4.4 million to $40 million, or roughly $2,300 per square foot to just over $5,500 per square foot for the largest penthouse.

A VE Equities spokesman attributed the property’s quick success to the creation of “the perfect family building, with large units that have a tremendous amount of light.”

The properties, designed by Adjmi & Andreoli, boast 12-foot ceilings. Building amenities include a doorman, private parking, stroller and bike storage, a gym and garden. — Julie Strickland
