It is listed with Brown Harris Stevens’ Paula Del Nunzio, according to the listing, spotted by Curbed. Its owners have included Conde Nast publisher Si Newhouse – who designed it to house his extensive art collection – as well as Russian arms dealer Dimitry Streshinsky.
