Madonna is getting to work on her two-story mansion in Bridgehampton, and has already put down the foundation on the property on Mitchells Lane.
The property will have front and rear covered porches, as well as a heated pool, spa and an attached three-car garage, according to building permits seen by the New York Post.
The site — which Madonna paid $2 million for in 2010 — is next to a 24-acre horse farm that Madonna also owns, according to the Post.
Joe Farrell, whose Farrell Building Co. is constructing the home, declined to comment to the newspaper.
In May, Madonna sold her 6,000-square-foot Central Park West apartment at Harperley Hall for well under the $19.995 million asking price. [NYP] – Hiten Samtani
