The church currently uses the site as a parking lot, according to BuzzBuzzHome. Barry Rice Architects have been tapped to design the 161,000-square-foot project at 100 Barrow Street, or as it’s also known, 643 Greenwich Street. The Flatiron-based firm also designed St. Luke’s School, a church-affiliated elementary school at 487 Hudson Street.

The building will feature two duplexes on the 12th through 15th floors. There will be a fitness center, playroom and storage. It is unknown if the units will be rentals or condominiums. [BuzzBuzzHome]Mark Maurer
