Another apartment at 515 Park Avenue has come online — this one asking $29.5 million. The five-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium last sold for $12.4 million in 2000, according to StreetEasy.

The seller has enlisted a duo of super brokers — Serena Boardman of Sotheby’s International Realty and John Burger of Brown Harris Stevens — to handle the listing.

The unit takes up the 30th and 31st floors and includes a media room, library and staff bathroom, Curbed reported.
