T hotel Property Management LLC purchased the property in October for $3.5 million.

The new hotel will join the Hotel Vetiver’s second location in the city at nearby 38-28 27th Street, for which permits were filed earlier this summer. The 12-story, 116-room project is to be designed by De Fonseca Architects. [BuzzBuzzHome]Julie Strickland
