38-unit building slated for Bushwick, Bed-Stuy border

Along the border between Bushwick and Bedford-Stuyvesant, a Great Neck, N.Y.-based developer has plans for a 38-unit mixed-use building.

The eight-story building at 1074-1080 Broadway, between Lawton and Dodworth streets, would contain a 3,513-square-foot ground-floor space, a shared rooftop and a bike room. It is unknown whether the residential component will be rentals or condominiums.

Rivka LLC, which appears to share an office address with investment management firm RGA Investment Advisors LLC, also owns 1082 Broadway, BuzzBuzzHome reported.
