Ricky Martin lists 40 Bond Street condo for $8.3M

 Singer Ricky Martin is listing his condo at 40 Bond Street, developed by Ian Schrager, for $8.3 million. Martin purchased the 2,600-square-foot, three-bedroom unit for $5.7 million in 2007.

The sale comes after the recent purchase of another home by Martin, who has twin sons through a surrogate mother, located at 170 East End Avenue. Martin paid $5.9 million for that 3,150-square-foot, four-bedroom and 4.5-bathroom apartment.

Dennis Mangone and Pablo Alfaro of Douglas Elliman represented Martin in both transactions, according to the Wall Street Journal. [WSJ] –Christopher Cameron
