Gladstone, who was involved in the World Trade Center site’s redevelopment during his time at the Port Authority, will now be heading up the development of Trinity’s new office and condominium tower at 74 Trinity Place. Gladstone’s departure comes as the agency buckles under tighter financial constraints and reported scandal, which some executives told Crain’s has hurt morale.

Phillipe Visser, who handled leasing at the World Trade Center site for two years, departed the Port Authority for the Related Companies in September, and the agency’s director of aviation Susan Baer took a job at the engineering firm ARUP in May. [Crain’s]Julie Strickland
