The Artisan, Argo’s first NJ rental project, half leased

Half of the units at the Artisan, a two-building rental project in uptown Hoboken, have been leased after four weeks, the developer told The Real Deal exclusively.

The 59-unit, 102,000-square-foot complex at 1400 Clinton Street and 1440 Grand Street is the first New Jersey project of Flatiron-based developer Argo Real Estate, which partnered with Alpine Development. The Marketing Directors handles marketing and leasing, as previously reported.

One-bedrooms start at $2,500 per month, two-bedrooms at $3,300 and three-bedrooms at $4,700. The units feature nine-foot ceilings, double-glazed windows and Golden Oak hardwood floors, a release said.

Ten units are designed as live-and-work apartments. An art gallery occupies the two base floors. — Mark Maurer
