Architects Kohn Pederson Fox have released renderings of the first four buildings set to rise at the massive Hudson Yards project, on Manhattan’s Far West Side.
The renderings show plans for the addresses 10, 15, 30 and 35 Hudson Yards. The Hudson Yards website, HudsonYardsNewYork.com, also now indicates available space within in the 10 and 30 Hudson Yards towers, which totals 2.66 million square feet.
The release comes a week before the opening of an eight-day exhibit at the Time Warner Center on December 5, which will feature models, videos, renderings and construction photos of the Hudson Yards project, co-sponsored by developers the Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group.
