Proctor & Gamble inks 10-year deal in SL Green’s Tower 45

The hair care arm of household products conglomerate Proctor & Gamble has inked a 10-year deal for 10,093 square feet at SL Green’s 120 West 45th Street, known as Tower 45.

The deal marks the latest for Tower 45, which sealed deals for 8,032 square feet with Aquila Management and 23,406 square feet for World Business Lenders in July.

“Leasing activity at the building has been robust, with seven leases signed within the past five months, covering almost 50,000 square feet,” Steve Durels, vice president and director of leasing at SL Green said in a statement to the New York Observer.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Patrick Heeg represented the tenant while Paul Glickman, Frank Doyle, Mitti Libersohn, Diana Biasotti and David Kleiner, also of JLL, worked on behalf of the landlord. [NYO] — Julie Strickland
