Next NY condo project by JDS and Property Markets Group will ask up to $9M per unit

Condominiums at 435 West 50th Street, the Verizon building conversion in Hell’s Kitchen by JDS Development and Property Markets Group, will ask between $1.5 million to more than $9 million.

There building, to be known as Stella Tower, will feature 51 one- to three-bedroom units. JDS and PMG jointly paid $20 million for 101,000 square feet of the building, including the 10th through 17th floors, penthouse and lobby. Architecture firm Cetra/Ruddy was hired to design it.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales, according to a report from BuzzBuzzHome.

The developers secured $45 million in financing for the project from Starwood Capital in January, as previously reported.
