Now, film director Tom Vaughan is one of them. Vaughan, whose credits include the Cameron Diaz-Ashton Kutcher rom-com “What Happens in Las Vegas,” finds himself more in Los Angeles and London these days than in New York — and has decided that the most practical thing to do is unload his Upper West Side cond-op.
