F&T’s One Fulton Square chugs along on healthy sales

Flushing’s One Fulton Square is moving right along, on track to finish next year.

Upon completion, the property, developed by F&T Group, will include 43 residential condominiums, 41 of which are already sold. An influx of Chinese buyers in the Flushing area have buoyed the healthy sales, according to previous reports.
