The eight-story, 60-unit brick-and-terracotta building is among a group of early 1900s properties built for and by artists. The unit features a wine refrigerator, wood-burning fireplace and built-in bookcases in the living room.

Corcoran Group brokers Wendy Sarasohn and Jamie Joseph have the listing. The 67-year-old actress portrayed Victoria Lord, one of the longest running soap opera characters of all-time, from 1971 until the series’ cancellation last year; she continues to play the role in web-series form.
