Seattle-based retailer Nordstrom is in talks for its first Queens outpost – a spot at the 800,000-square-foot Flushing mall called the Shops at SkyView Center.

Nordstrom Rack, the discount arm of the company, would join tenants Old Navy, Marshalls and Target at Onex Real Estate Partners’ shopping center at 40-24 College Point Boulevard.

In July, Nordstrom signed a deal to make its debut in Brooklyn, with a 41,000-square-foot space on the second floor of Fulton Street Mall that is slated to open by the spring.

Nordstrom also plans to set up a flagship store in Manhattan in Extell Development’s 217 West 57th Street, as previoulsy reported. The Wall Street Journal first reported the news of the Flushing location. [WSJ]Mark Maurer
