The Brooklyn-based developer CS Management is bringing a 44-unit residential project to Bedford-Stuyvesant.
The 30,704-square-foot building will be located at 420 Tompkins Avenue, between Hancock and Halsey streets, and rise six stories, according to the plan exam application, cited by Buzzbuzzhome.
Designed by architect Charles Mallea, the building will feature an exercise room, laundry room, bike storage and lounge.
The paint store Brooklyn Weinstein Paint & Home Center currently occupies the site, which the developer acquired back in 2006 for just over $1 million. [Buzzbuzzhome] –Christopher Cameron
