WEEKENDEDITION A 3,195-square-foot condominium at the Mayfair at 610 Park Avenue has sold for $10.165 million in the most expensive sale of the week, according to city records.

Unit 10E in the James E. R. Carpenter designed building at 65th Street had been listed for $10.99 million, and has $7,462 in monthly carrying costs, according to the New York Times.

The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath apartment is decorated by Thomas Britt and features a formal gallery, a staff suite, a lacquered library and Central Park views.

Rana Williams of Keller Williams Realty had the listing, which belonged to an anonymous seller affiliated with a Delaware company, Hemlock Holdings International.
