From the South Florida site: Already home to many celebrities, Miami could soon have another famous resident: Simon Cowell.

The “X Factor” judge and music executive has already picked out a home in the area, exMiami reported. Cowell and girlfriend Lauren Silverman, who is scheduled to give birth to Cowell’s son in February, had been looking for a Miami house in recent months. Silverman’s parents live in South Florida.
