Brauser Group plans 23-story mixed-use building in FiDi

The Brauser Group, one of the top garage owners in Manhattan, has plans for a 23-story mixed-use building on one of its Financial District sites.

The 101,736-square-foot building at 54 Fulton Street, near Cliff Street, would hold 120 units – either condominiums or rentals, according to city Department of Buildings records. Goldstein, Hill & West is serving as the architect of record on the project. The property would also hold ground-floor retail, a 23rd-floor game room, a lounge and a gym. The site has belonged to the Brauser Group for roughly 30 years.

The Brauser Group offloaded a 50,000-square-foot parking garage at 17 East 12th Street to Rigby Asset Management, as The Real Deal reported in August. Rigby intends to convert it into an 11-story residential building with nine units, BuzzBuzzHome said. [BuzzBuzzHome] — Mark Maurer
