Luxury consignment retailer Roundabout Couture has inked a deal for a third Manhattan location. The new digs at 1100 Madison Avenue, between 82nd and 83rd streets, will be the clothier’s fifth store.
The 1,040-square-foot space is going for $525 per square foot, the New York Post reported, and Douglas Elliman’s Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino brokered the deal.
Roundabout will open the new store, currently occupied by photo studio and gallery Lumas and 10 blocks north of its other Upper East Side location, in March.
Roundabout has another Manhattan outpost at 115 Mercer Street in Soho, and stores in Greenwich and Westport, Conn. [NYP] — Julie Strickland
