Tenants of a new luxury high-rise in Downtown Brooklyn won’t have to leave their building to let the good times roll.

Sixty-six Rockwell Place, near Fulton Street, has 326 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments up for lease. But it’s the amenities at the 42-story development, Between Flatbush Avenue and Ashland Place, that set it apart.

An outdoor fire pit, projector screen, “zen garden,” coffee bar, health club and rooftop bar are available to residents, and some units feature a poker room, a game room and even an arcade, according to DNAinfo.

Studios are priced at $2,400 a month, with one-bedrooms starting at $3,300 a month and two-bedrooms at $4,930 a month.

“We are delighted to be the newest addition to this vibrant community, providing tenants with the ultimate lifestyle experience in the heart of a thriving cultural district,” Drew Spitler of developer the Dermot Company said in a statement to DNAinfo. “At 66 Rockwell, we strive to provide our tenants with not just a home, but … activities to make life fun and exciting.”

The tower was one of many built in Brooklyn’s skypscraper boom last year, which began when Downtown Brooklyn was rezoned to allow for construction of taller residential buildings, as The Real Deal reported. [DNAinfo] Angela Hunt
