Homes ranged from a $216,000 Inwood co-op to a $549,000 East Village one-bedroom

An Inwood co-op that sold for $216,000 was the cheapest single-family deal last week in Manhattan. The apartment was in a 50-unit building at 25 Indian Road, but no broker information was available on StreetEasy.

Next on the list was a Yorkville studio at 345 East 81st Street. The apartment, which was listed with Douglas Elliman’s Mark Landrey and Richard Schickman, sold at its full asking price of $310,000. The unit in the doorman building features a full-sized renovated kitchen.

The third-cheapest apartment sale of the week was a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op across town at 136 West 81st Street that sold for $469,000. It was listed at $489,000 by the owner, and sports a wood-burning fireplace and exposed brick walls.

Heddings Property’s Karl Kozel and Douglas Heddings had the fourth most modest sale of the week, a one-bedroom co-op with hardwood floors in Carnegie Hill that went for $495,000. The apartment, at 130 East 94th Street, was listed at $499,000 and was designed by architect George Fred Pelham.

Rounding out the list was an East Village one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 97-101 Avenue B that sold for its full asking price of $549,000. Listed by Citi Habitats’ Anna McCormick, the unit features hardwood floors and garden views. — Hiten Samtani
