Glitzy Williamsburg digs at 101 Bedford’s Building D opens up this week, complete with a roof deck mini beach, recording studio and heated sidewalks.

Posh pads in the 81-unit building start at $2,450 for a studio, $2,995 for a one-bedroom and $4,725 for two-bedroom units. Located across from McCarren Park, the individual units are also decked out with hardwood floors, stainless steel kitchens, matte porcelain bathrooms and oversized windows with Brooklyn and Manhattan views.

Struggling snow bunnies will take comfort in the heated sidewalks that surround the building, along with a 2,500-square-foot fitness center with an indoor pool and hot tub, saunas and a game room with billiards and Wii stations that also on offer for residents.

Building D hit the market six months after 101 Bedford introduced Buidings A and B, which are now 95 percent occupied, DNAinfo reported. Building C opened up in November.

“Traffic has been steady since the day we opened, even during this past holiday season,” Yoel Sabel, co-developer of Halcyon Management, said in a release cited by DNAinfo. [DNAinfo]Julie Strickland
