Loft-style condominiums in a former Greenpoint Pentecostal church are trying again as rentals.

The three units at 541 Leonard Street are now available for lease at $9,600 per month each, according to the Corcoran listings spotted by BuzzBuzzHome. Measuring from 1,900 square feet to 2,800 square feet, the units also boast 20-foot ceilings, exposed beams, private keyed elevator access and large windows on all sides.

Many of the church’s original features, including the original wooden corssbeams in the top floor-unit, two spires and arched windows have been retained, according to previous reports. Central air conditioning, custom kitchens with Brazilian walnut cabinetry and wide-plank oak floors round out the luxe pads.

Previously, the three-bedroom apartments were on offer for between $2.3 million and $2.5 million. The largest unit, located on the building’s first floor, reportedly boasts not one but two terraces. The Corcoran Group’s Deborah Rieders has all three listings. [BuzzBuzzHome]Julie Strickland
