Corcoran Sunshine is handling sales in the building, where a financier paid $22.5 million for another penthouse earlier this month — the building’s record sale to date.

Brodsky purchased the building for $65 million from Hunter College in 2008. Designed by William Sofield, the vintage-styled property once housed Hunter’s school of social work. —Julie Strickland
