A 14,000-square-foot mansion in the Riverdale section of the Bronx has reemerged with a slightly lower price tag.

The seven-bedroom pad at 360 West 253rd Street was last up for sale in 2009 and initially asked $15 million before going through several price chops. After falling to $13.5 million, the listing seemed to disappear, but really was only flying under the radar on Point2Homes.com, a real estate listings website, as of eight months ago, asking $10.9 million.

Despite the price chops, the home remains the most expensive home available in the Bronx. And according to the listing, the home has made cameos on CBS News and HGTV’s Extreme Homes.

Built in 1928, the home boasts a chef’s kitchen, indoor barbecue pit, formal dining room, gym, sauna, billiards room, and six hand-carved marble fireplaces, according to the listing. [Curbed]Julie Strickland
