Ben Shaoul’s 81-unit luxury rental building Bloom62 is up for the sale – and expected to reel in $70 million.

Average rents in the building, located at 62 Avenue B between 4th and 5th streets in the East Village, are in the low $80s per square foot, the New York Post reported. The property is in the process of being shown to prospective buyers.

The property began listing units in June and, by October, 75 percent of them had been leased, as The Real Deal reported. A roof deck and gym are among the amenities.
