Franklin Place, unit 16A, at 371 Broadway in Tribeca

The Elad Group’s Franklin Place in Tribeca has sold all but one condominium unit, but it could be a while. The four-bedroom unit was listed with Cantor and Pecorella for $7.5 million in May and has yet to enter contract.

Sales launched at the 20-story, 53-unit building that same month. The condos feature five-inch plank oak hardwood floors and a chef’s kitchen with Poggenpohl cabinetry, a Subzero refrigerator and Bosch stove. The bathrooms have hand-laid imported marble.

Franklin Place, formerly known as 5 Franklin Place and located at 371 Broadway between Franklin and White Streets, is under construction after a long delay triggered by the financial crisis. Building is set to be finished sometime this year, as previously reported. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
