Priciest, cheapest listings to hit the Manhattan market this week

The Corcoran Group’s Elizabeth Spahr had the priciest single-family residential listing to hit the Manhattan market this week with a $21.5 million co-op at 88 Central Park West in Lincoln Square. The 5,500-square-foot pad consists of two conjoined units with a shared private landing and Central Park views. Recently renovated, the home also comes with building amenities that include a doorman, garage parking and laundry in building.

The second-priciest pad to premiere this week is a $6.9 million condominium at 441 East 57th Street in Sutton Place. The four-bedroom, 3,375-square-foot triplex boasts a professional chef’s kitchen, radiant heat in the master bathroom, home automation and security systems. Corcoran’s Hilary Landis has the listing.

In third place this week is a $5.4 million condominium at 524 East 72nd Street in Lenox Hill’s the Belaire. Just under 3,000 square feet, the three-bedroom home features a dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, marble countertops in the kitchen and a white marble bathroom. Outfitted with an audio-visual system, the apartment also boasts a fireplace that can be converted to ethanol. The cheapest Manhattan listing to hit the market this week was a $350,000 studio co-op at 628 East 14th Street in the East Village. The recently refurbished unit boasts hardwood floors, high ceilings and exposed brick. Second on the inexpensive end is a $375,000 studio co-op at 24 Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village. The 300-square-foot pad, located between 9th and 10th streets, has separate living and sleeping areas, closet space and is air conditioned. Third cheapest spot this week is a $459,000 studio co-op in the Lincoln Towers at 165 West End Avenue in Lincoln Square. Freshly painted and with newly-polished floors, the unit also boasts a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The bathroom’s tile flooring is new, and the living room features wall sconces and a chandelier.
