Design plans for the latest installment of Eli Karp’s Hello Living, the developer’s fifth on tap for Brooklyn, have been revealed.

The project is setting up shop at 2415 Albemarle Road in Flatbush, and will have 44 condominiums complete with private terraces, open layouts and private elevators, according to details from the developer’s website cited by BuzzBuzzHome. Building amenities will include a gym and 15-year tax abatement, but no building permits have been filed as of yet.
