Wilpon and his former-model wife Clara Samuelsson plunked down $4.04 million for the pad, according to city records. The sponsor unit in the recently updated Warren Lofts building first hit the market in July of 2012 and underwent two price hikes before going into contract in July. The unit was most recently listed for $4.09 million and was marketed by Corcoran Sunshine.

The pad boasts 11-foot ceilings, 14 windows, City Hall Park views and a master bath with a free-standing cast iron soaking tub, according to the listing. [NYO]Julie Strickland
