The property was originally listed with Maria and Joanna Pashby and Louis Buckworth for nearly $30 million, as Luxury Listings NYC previously reported. Sharon Bush, a broker for Corcoran and Bush-Lauren’s mother, helped represent her daughter in the sale, according to the Post.

The home consists of 755 And 757 Greenwich Street, as well as 311 West 11th Street and has seven bathrooms, five baths and a whopping 13 fireplaces, according to the Post. Leibovitz combined the townhouses in 2002 after purchasing the Greenwich Street homes for $4.2 million and the West 11th street home for $1.9 million in 2003. [NYP] — Angela Hunt
