Bevmax Office Centers, an office space provider currently based at 75 Rockefeller Plaza, has inked a 10-year deal for more than 15,000 square feet at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 485 Madison Avenue.
Dennis Brady and Fran Delgorio represented the landlord in-house, while Michael Cohen and Phil Amarante of Colliers International represented the tenant in the 15,736-square-foot lease. There was no immediate word on the agreed-upon rental rate.
The new location is expected to be operational by Aug. 1, and Bevmax is in talks to also take another floor in the building, Rick Feld, president of Bevmax, told the New York Observer.
