Ukrainian millionaire Igor Iankovsky acquired the six-story property – one of the few townhouses near Central Park – for $22.4 million in 2011. The house was listed in May 2013 for $37 million. The price was chopped to $34 million in September. The brokers and brokerage changed from Vannessa Kaufman team and Stan Ponte at Sotheby’s International Realty to Matthew Lesser of Leslie J. Garfield & Co. Now, Lesser and Brown Harris Stevens’ David Kornmeier share the listing.

The home, built in 1887 by William Noble as one of a row of nine spec houses, spans 12,000 square feet and includes a domed skylight, elevator, 60-foot fresh water pool and home gym. [WSJ]Mark Maurer
