Queens developer Tri-Bassco has begun selling units at the Copper Tower Condominium, its new residential building in Bayside, according to the Copper Tower website.
The 22 units, all one- and two-bedroom, at 43-12 214th Place feature maple hardwood flooring, and most have either a terrace or balcony. Asking prices range from $438,000 to $778,000. Unit sizes range from 522 square feet to 1,146 square feet.
