Litvak, Morgan teams dominate at Citi Habitats awards

Corradini named rising star of the year

Citi Habitats’ Litvak team, led by broker Eugene Litvak, took home top honors at the brokerage’s annual awards ceremony, which was held at Espace in Midtown.

Litvak won for team of the year for overall production and for rentals, while Brian Morgan’s Morgan Manhattan Team was recognized as team of the year for sales, according to the brokerage. For the second-straight year, Victoria Rong Kennedy won the top individual of the year award, for leading Citi Habitats agents in sales and production.

Allan Gewurtz won again as top salesperson for rentals, Steve Gray received the rental deal of the year award, and Sofia Corradini was named the rising star of the year. In addition, Johnny Lal won for sales deal of the year.

Last year, sister duo Tracie and Elizabeth Hamersley won for top overall production and for sales, but have since moved on to Douglas Elliman, as previously reported. — Mark Maurer
