In recent months, the Paramount Group has booked up roughly 200,000 square feet in new or renewed lease deals at 1325 Sixth Avenue near 53rd Street in Midtown.

Among the tenants were tech research firm Gartner Inc., financial consultancy Ingalls & Snyder, Merrill Communications and financial software company OpenLink. Gartner and Ingalls & Snyder both grabbed 25,000 square feet – on the 17th and 18th floors, respectively. Cushman & Wakefield broker Kevin Daily represented Gartner, while his colleague Michael Burgio represented Ingalls & Snyder.

OpenLink took 17,000 square feet on the 20th floor. Jones Lang LaSalle brokers Daoud Awad and Bob Ageloff represented the tenant, the New York Post reported. Merrill also committed to 25,000 square feet.

Prior to the new deals, Warner Bros. renewed its 100,000-square-foot space over four floors. Studley’s Howard Nottingham handled it. Asking rents ranged between mid-$60s and mid-$70s per square foot. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Dave Kleiner, Doug Neye and Frank Doyle repped the landlord. [NYP]Mark Maurer
