WEEKENDEDITION Neil Moffitt, the CEO of the high-end Cantonese restaurant chain, Hakkasan, and Angel Management Group, a music venue manager, is the previously unnamed buyer of the $50.9 million penthouse in Chelsea’s Walker Tower, sources told the New York Post.

The British-born executive paid cash for the penthouse, saying “I’ll take it,” after visiting the space for “less than five minutes,” according to previous reports.
