Winick Realty Group is marketing a corner retail flagship property that boasts the largest floor plate currently available on Third Avenue, according to a release from the firm.
The 7,689-square-foot retail space at 1282 Third Avenue and East 74th Street also includes 1,000 square feet in the basement of the mixed-use building. Topped by 120 apartments, the property is near to retailer Scoop at 1275 Third Avenue, stationary purveyor Papyrus at 1270 Third Avenue, luxury lingerie designer Journelle at 1266 Third Avenue and French bakery Maison Kayser at 1294 Third Avenue.
“The retail at 1282 Third Avenue offers an exceptional opportunity to join an already-prosperous neighborhood that is about to experience unprecedented growth,” Darrell Rubens, who is marketing the property along with Lee Block and Matthew Schuss, said in the release.
Located one avenue block from the forthcoming Second Avenue Subway line, the property is nestled in a neighborhood where property values are already on the rise. — Julie Strickland
