An empty parking lot across from popular South Williamsburg eatery Diner will house the bustling neighborhood’s next apartment building.

A new building application was filed for a six-story residential building at 369 Berry Street yesterday, which will ultimately hold 10 apartment units. Spanning 13,491 square feet, the building will be designed by architect of record Charles Mallea, according to the plan exam.

The project will include 2,383 square feet of commercial space, a 2,627-square-foot community facility and 8,481 square feet of residential, according to reports from Brownstoner and BuzzBuzzHome. Basement storage will also be included, as will two duplex penthouse units.
