The Berger family has owned the 13,000-square-foot, 10-bedroom property at 2 Cooper Road for about six decades, the Wall Street Journal reported. The Colonial Revival-style home, which was erected in 1914, features a five-car garage, seven full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. The grounds of the estate include a greenhouse and a 1,570-square-foot guest cottage that holds two bedrooms.

Mary Katchis and Dawn Knief of Westchester-based brokerage Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing. [WSJ]Mark Maurer
