A 3.75-acre estate in Scarsdale, N.Y., hit the market for $16.5 million, the priciest listing in the town — and a potential record if sold at the asking price.

The Berger family has owned the 13,000-square-foot, 10-bedroom property at 2 Cooper Road for about six decades, the Wall Street Journal reported. The Colonial Revival-style home, which was erected in 1914, features a five-car garage, seven full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. The grounds of the estate include a greenhouse and a 1,570-square-foot guest cottage that holds two bedrooms.
