A 42-foot-tall development is slated to rise at 34 Conselyea Street in Williamsburg — the site of aptsandlofts.com president David Maundrell’s childhood home.

The four-story building, at Lorimer Street, will have four apartments and measure 3,696 square feet in total, according to the plan exam. Melamed Architect is the architect of record.

The brick building that once stood on the site collapsed in March 2010, as it was undergoing construction in an effort to add an additional floor and penthouse, as The Real Deal reported at the time. Maundrell’s mother owned the building at the time, then sold to an entity listed as Conselyea Residence LLC late last year for $1.15 million. [BuzzBuzzHome]Julie Strickland
