Writer and real estate chronicler Michael Gross has successfully unloaded his two-bedroom apartment at Alwyn Court.

The 180 West 58th Street pad is now in contract for $2.87 million. The apartment boasts a 30-foot long parlor, 11-foot ceilings, parquet floors, cove moldings, a walk-in closet and comes with a discount at the building’s Petrossian and Petrossian Bakery, located on the ground floor.

Brown Harris Stevens’ Martha Kramer had the listing in the 1907 building, which also offers amenities such as a 12-story atrium, 24-hour doorman and live-in super.
