The formerly Pepto Bismol-pink townhouse in Park Slope has found a buyer after the asking price was chopped in January.

The six-bedroom property at 233 Garfield Place was painted over and listed with Halstead Property’s Maria Mackin last year for $4.8 million. Then, earlier this year, the Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes team at Douglas Elliman took over the listing and dropped the ask to $4.45 million.

The home will be featured on the third season of “Million Dollar Listing New York,” co-starring Eklund, when it returns April 2.

Built in 1901, the landmarked four-story brownstone was renovated to include a chef’s kitchen, marble countertops, central heating and cooling before hitting the market last year. The current owner bought the home for just over $2 million in 2012, as previously reported. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
