A Soho condominium unit sold for $13.8 million, nearly $5 million more than it was purchased for last year.

The sale sets a record as the priciest one for a non-penthouse unit in Soho, the New York Post reported. The building at 102 Prince Street between Greene and Mercer streets is best known as the site where the Patrick Swayze film “Ghost” was largely shot.
