WEEKENDEDITION A new mixed-use retail and rental building that is slated to rise in Murray Hill has finally unveiled a detailed rendering that shows the Rawlings Architects-designed building from a different angle.

When completed, 200 East 39th Street, which is being developed in a joint venture between by SK Development Group, Ironstate Development and CB Developers, will rise 213 feet or 19 stories, according to Buzzbuzzhome.

The developers, which are also responsible for Reade Chambers, a Tribeca condo tower and the Jefferson in the East Village, expect the project to be completed in January next year. However, leasing, which will be handled by the Marketing Directors, could begin as early as this fall. [Buzzbuzzhome]Christopher Cameron
