Condominiums at Anbau Enterprises’ 155 East 79th Street are now for sale, according to the developer.

The seven units at the 14-story building between Lexington and Third avenues range from four- to five-bedroom duplexes to a three-story penthouse. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is exclusively handling sales and marketing for the property. The penthouse has a private terrace, while the other units have private balconies. The maisonette unit will have a private garden.

The BKSK Architects-designed apartments, ranging from 3,300 to 4,500 square feet, will be priced anywhere from $8.95 million to $18 million. Anbau took out three separate loans totaling more than $30 million for the development, property records show. The apartments will be ready for occupancy in early 2015, as previously reported. — Mark Maurer
